Ticket Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your tickets for a different showtime, please email us at sterlingtheater402@gmail.com and forward your ticket confirmation email. Be sure to include the date and time of the show you would like to attend instead.
- Exchange requests submitted by email must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled showtime.
- If your request is made within 24 hours of showtime, please email us and follow up with a phone call to the theater at 815-632-3708.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your tickets, please note that refunds are not issued back to cash, credit cards, or PayPal accounts.
Instead, approved refunds will be issued as a Sterling Theater Gift Voucher, which may be used toward a future purchase or gifted to someone else.
Please note:
- Online ticketing service fees are non-refundable.
- Refund requests made more than 24 hours before showtime should be submitted by email.
- Refund requests made on the day of the show must be made by calling the theater directly at 815-632-3708 no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled showtime.
- No refunds will be issued once the movie has been playing for more than 30 minutes, unless there is a mechanical or technical issue at the theater.
