Looking to rent a theater for a birthday party or private event?

OPEN HOUR RENTALS

Pricing starts at $100 base rental plus $10/person in building.

Birthday parties can be held before the first showtime of the day as an OPEN SHOWTIME movie.  This allows you to bring in your guests an hour prior to first showtime of the day in theater you will watch the currently running movie to open presents, bring in your own cake or cupcakes or order pizza from our kitchen.  No other outside food allowed except a celebratory cake/cupcakes.  Your party guests will receive a small fountain pop & small popcorn and movie ticket included in the pricing for rental.   Pricing is scaled based on guest count so the more guests can lowers the per person price.

PRIVATE RENTALS

Pricing starts at $200 base rental plus $10/person in the building.

Private rentals can be held during any non regularly scheduled & posted showtimes.  This can include weeknight evenings Monday thru Thursday, Saturdays & Sundays rentals can start at anytime from 9am through Noon so that rentals can be cleared out and cleaned no later than 45 minutes prior to posted open showtimes.  Package options can be customized to suit your event needs. Movie options can be discussed when scheduling rental. All private rental we ask that you start with our Book a Theater Rental link and complete to select a date. This helps secure a date but date can be adjusted afterwards.  We will follow up with you to answer all your questions. Note: appointment dates for farther in advance please email.

SCHOOLS OR LARGE GROUP RENTALS

Daytime or Weekday evening options available. Please contact us with your group size for a customize quote.

To book a large group or open hour rental please send an email to info@sterlingtheaters.com and include the following information: date options request, approximate group size, type of rental (OPEN or LARGE GROUP) and any other requests you may have so that we can check dates and respond with more detailed information.

Please note all private rentals require a minimum of $250 (including base rental plus per person cost)
